P & P Glass were proud runners up at the G11 industry Awards Ceremony held on Friday 25th November at the London Hilton on Park Lane

P & P Glass were pleased to win yet another conservatory award with a Bronze Award in the Modern small conservatory category at the G10 industry awards for the design below:-

P & P Glass were proud runners up in the G10 industry awards in the following two categories:

• The Installer of the Year award 2010
• The Customer Service initiative award 2010

P & P Glass have been previous winners in both these categories and have consistently featured at the industry awards over the last seven years.

The team with Andy Parsons at the G09 AwardsAt the Glass and Glazing industry G09 awards held at Wembley stadium P & P Glass were proud winners of the Conservatory Installer of the Year award presented by the comedian Andy Parsons.

The judges praised P & P Glass's technical expertise, attention to detail and high level of customer service. This award adds to the many achievements of the P & P Glass team and is the second time that the company has been successful in this category, having previously won this award in 2005.

P & P Glass are pleased to announce that they have won the Conservatory installer of the year award at G09. More details and pictures to follow shortly.

The G09 awards are the industry equivalent of the Oscars and this year P & P Glass has been selected as finalists in three categories:

• The installer of the year award.
• The conservatory installer of the year award.
• The training and development award.

Thank you to all our customers who took the time to come in to our open weekend over the 19th-21st of September. Following on from our main showroom launch in January we had a fantastic weekend with over 140 people visiting the new timberwindows.com showroom and have raised £150 for the Chase hospice care for children.

If you were unable to make it you are very welcome to call in any time during our opening hours Monday – Saturday to see the extended display of timber windows and doors and all our other product ranges.

Having previously won this award in 2007, we were disappointed that we were unable to repeat this success but were very pleased to have achieved recognition against a high number of quality companies from throughout Surrey.

P & P Glass were the only home improvement company represented at the awards and one of only a handful who had been previous winners. We shall use this disappointment as a spur to looking at ways to provide improvements in our customer experience and higher levels of service.

The Glassex Conservatory Design Competition, sponsored by Pilkington Activ, is a recognized platform to demonstrate the best of the UK glass and glazing industry and to reward excellence. Entries came from British companies with installations from as far a field as Australia.

With between 200,000 to 250,000 conservatories installed in the UK alone every year, to feature in the awards an entry had to be exceptional in all respects.

P & P Glass are delighted to announce that following recent assessments of our installation practices and quality procedures we have been granted a licence to use the Kitemark for the survey and installation of doors and windows.

The BSI Kitemark is one of the most respected quality marks in the world, recognised as a symbol of quality safety and trust. P & P Glass are leading the way forward in improving the quality standards and reputation of the window installation industry and are currently one of only nine companies in the U K to have been awarded this standard. The Kitemark cannot be purchased and is only awarded following stringent independent testing and assessment of all parts of the business.
