Tom joined the business in 1990 and was appointed MD in 1994. While working he completed an MBA at Kingston University on a part time basis, graduating in 1999. His business training has been put to good use, helping to ensure that P & P Glass have grown and prospered and he is committed to ensuring that the company has the necessary skills to continue to grow and succeed.

Richard has been responsible for the Conservatory department since 1995 and has a construction background having previously run a building company. He has a boundless knowledge of glass structure construction and design, with hundreds of successful completed projects, a number of which have won design awards.

Prior to retraining with the company Brian worked for P & P Glass as a conservatory installer for a number of years, so his practical and technical knowledge are second to none.
Brian has been responsible for some stunning projects in both contemporary and traditional design and is a talented artist and draftsman, who can bring life to a drawing to accurately convey a proposed design.
