
Having previously won this award in 2007, we were disappointed that we were unable to repeat this success but were very pleased to have achieved recognition against a high number of quality companies from throughout Surrey.
P & P Glass were the only home improvement company represented at the awards and one of only a handful who had been previous winners. We shall use this disappointment as a spur to looking at ways to provide improvements in our customer experience and higher levels of service.
