Mr Carl Howell
The work was to install new doors and windows for the whole house including the new extension. They had to come back many times due to issues with the building work but did so without complaint. They really went above and beyond. I cannot recommend them enough. We have had windows replaced by cowboys in the past. Believe me, going with a professional unit like P&P makes a massive difference.

I would like to thank you for the standard of work carried out by the two fitters who came to our property; Adam and Alan. All day I could hear, Alan teaching Adam with the upmost patience. It was very impressive.
I have always received excellent service from P & P from sales through technical to installation. I would not use any other company. I would thoroughly recommend you to others. We had a problem with some scratches on some of the glass. Malcolm came out and sorted it out. He was absolutely brilliant and offered a Saturday slot so that I didn't have to take any more time off work when the re-fitted work was done. Adam and Alan were great, I think the Porch was not as straightforward as they had hoped,a dn they have done a brilliant job - the end result was fantastic.
Thank you once again for your excellent customer service. Forgot to mention Pauline, in the office, really helpful with all the administrative details.

We are absolutely delighted with our new windows, already we have noticed a huge difference in the warmth of the house. We cannot praise Peter & Mark enough. They were helpful, considerate and polite at all times, they were a pleasure to have in the house.
The end product is superb, with far less 'making good' than we expected. We will certainly return to P & P Glass when considering further improvements to the house.
