P & P Glass are leading the way forward in improving the quality standards and reputation of the window installation service and as a result are pleased to be accredited by the following organisations:
Accreditation
BSI Kitemark
The BSI Kitemark is one of the most respected quality marks in the world, recognised as a symbol of quality safety and trust.
P & P Glass are leading the way forward in improving the quality standards and reputation of the window installation industry and are currently one of only nine companies in the U K to have been awarded this standard.
The Kitemark cannot be purchased and is only awarded following stringent independent testing and assessment of all parts of the business.
Our customers can now be assured that our survey and installation service has been independently assessed by BSI and gaining Kitemark certification ensures complete confidence that we will consistently meet the highest quality standards.
Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme
FENSA stands for the Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme and was set up by the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF)
and other industry bodies with Government encouragement in response to the current Building Regulations for England and Wales.
When having windows and doors replaced homeowners must comply with current thermal peformance standards and ensure that they get a certificate of compliance from FENSA or from Local Authority Building Control. FENSA also enables companies that install replacement windows and doors to self certify compliance under these Building Regulations.
Buy With Confidence Scheme.
P & P Glass are now approved and recommended by Surrey County Council Trading Standards in their Buy With Confidence scheme.
‘Buy With Confidence is a Surrey County Council Trading Standards initiative to establish and maintain high standards of trading by Surrey businesses.
Being a member of the scheme means the business is committed to providing a quality service to you the customer. You can expect the firm to comply with both the letter and the spirit of the law and have the confidence that the firm has been checked by Trading Standards’
