Staff are fully trainedTrained and Accredited Staff
Staff are fully trained and directly employed, we do not subcontract any of the installation work and for a number of years now P & P Glass has provided staff with a fully funded training scheme, that after completion rewards employees with an official NVQ accreditation. All trainees attend college for a minimum of two years to achieve a level 2 NVQ trade certification. P & P Glass has also offered a specialized apprenticeship scheme for school leavers, which runs alongside the government's modern apprenticeship programme, Our aim is to ensure that our workforce is skilled and motivated to provide the highest levels of customer service.
