After a comprehensive consultation the client choose our Hambledon range of windows. These aluminium windows have been designed to replicate steel windows as closely as possible. This is achieved by welding aluminium sections at the corners rather than using mitres, as mitres leave a non-traditional 45 degree line at every corner.
These aluminium sections are then combined with a fibreglass GRP thermal break to increase rigidity and allow for the slim double glazed units and multipoint locking systems. What you end up with is an A-rated window with the latest multipoint locking that looks just like an old steel window. This installation was finished off with genuine welded hinges, leaded glazing and traditional furniture.
